" I am writing as a testament to the power within Pamela's healing presence.  It has been my honor to grow and learn with Pamela as classmates and friends.   Within our January 2008 Acupuncture class, Pamela has been a leader.  She has encouraged and tended all of us with her thoughtfulness, perseverance, and exceptional organization.  She has been one of my strongest support systems throughout the program.  During our acknowledgment ceremony Pamela was thanked by so many of us for her availability, consistency, and for the joy she shares with all of us.  Pamela gives us these gifts freely asking for nothing in return.

With complete sincerity I can say the support Pamela has offered to me has been one of the most generous gifts I have received in my life.  She has reached out to me in times when I greatly needed help.  Pamela creates an environment of ease when I am scared and unsure.   I have looked to Pamela’s presence as a role model.  By example she teaches me how to stand up for what I believe in.  Grounded in patience, Pamela strength helps others build creative visions of the future.

Pamela shows up for the greater good of the whole.  She holds group spaces and community by recognizing what is most needed and offering that very essence.  She brings us together with enthusiasm for learning and a steadfast trust in the universe.  Pamela is passionately committed to healing and serving the world.   The world is a better place because of her healing presence and I am deeply blessed to be part of her life."

"What arises in me as I write this appreciation for Pamela is recognition of a recurring spillover effect.  It isn’t just about Pamela being a super awesome practitioner.  It isn’t just about Pamela having great rapport with patients who benefit from her treatment. It is about being a still point and an opening in the world for the light to shine through and affect us all. That’s my sense of what Pamela has to offer as she transitions from our clinic into a wider world. I wish her much happiness as she continues her healing journey offering serenity in the city."

" Pamela is serious about her commitment to her every aspect of her new profession.  She is committed to the highest healing of her patients.  She is committed to the simple, elegant and profound aspects of Five Element Acupuncture.  She approaches treatment planning with honor, dignity and deep wisdom.  She is gentle yet strong, and patient with her patients. "You have always stood out in our class as being a leader.  Anytime the class had problems or issues, you were the first to volunteer as our guiding force.  Your organizational abilities are above that of anyone I have ever known.  You are never afraid to go outside the box.

One of your greatest strengths has been your deep concern for people, and being an incredible healing presence both for our class and the individual.  I include myself in this because I would always know anytime I was struggling with anything, I could always count on you both to give me clarity and to create a healing space.  I am struck by your intuitiveness with others. You always seem to know others needs.

You have been for me in the last three  years, a sense of great guidance.  Your intelligence stands out, and your ability to see the bigger picture.  You have such a great dedication to the field of acupuncture.  Your love of learning is inspiring to me.  I have no doubt in my mind that you will be an amazing practitioner of acupuncture."

Pamela has been absolutely committed to the people of Penn North and she has been steadfast and count-on-able as a practitioner and as a person. Pamela’s excitement at Penn North was overwhelming and at times I worried that she gave too much. But as she continued through Penn North it was clear that she was aware of her energy. And clear of her boundaries, she was concise and caring with the patients but never put her energy at risk and was always willing to help me or the staff in any way she could.

It has been a joy to watch Pamela blossom and I know she is going to do well on her continued journey into a world of healing and patient partnership.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my happiness for Pamela’s next direction on her path.
